Agentic Sales Lab is an independent publication and practical resource library about agentic sales systems for B2B teams. It may include public articles, newsletters, templates, playbooks, webinars, and free or paid digital products.
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will use reasonable care when a change affects a paid entitlement, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individual legal, tax, financial, employment, data protection, security, or professional advice. You may adapt templates for your own internal work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share access credentials, or make the original or substantially similar product available to third parties without written permission.
Prices, included materials, access terms, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payment is handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout. You authorise the provider to process the payment information you submit.
Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For digital content supplied immediately, the checkout may ask for express consent to begin delivery and acknowledgement that a statutory withdrawal right may be lost where applicable. Refund eligibility is determined by the product terms, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. Contact [email protected] if there is a delivery or billing problem.
You may not:
use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or bypass access controls;
introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that causes unreasonable load, or use automated access contrary to published technical controls;
use content to create deceptive, unlawful, or non-consensual sales activity; or
misrepresent Agentic Sales Lab content as professional advice, verified customer results, or an endorsement.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or our legal rights.
The service, its original content, branding, layouts, and products are owned by Verstos Oy or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms or on a product page, no rights are transferred to you.
Short quotations and links may be used where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution. For other reuse, contact [email protected].
The service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools. Their availability, security, content, pricing, and terms are outside our control. Review the third party's terms and privacy information before using it or providing data.
To the extent permitted by law, the service and content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise a particular sales, revenue, pipeline, compliance, or technical outcome.
Verstos Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of free content or from a decision made solely on that content, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights where such a limitation is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a concern. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before the competent courts of Finland. A consumer may also use the dispute-resolution options and courts available under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated when required.
