Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through Agentic Sales Lab. Please do not send confidential customer, CRM, health, financial, or other sensitive data through public forms or ordinary email.

3. Why we process data and our legal bases

We process personal data to:

• provide the website, newsletter, digital products, and requested support;

• manage subscriptions, preferences, orders, access, and delivery;

• send the newsletter and related product communications when you have consented or when another lawful basis applies;

• maintain service security, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and keep necessary records;

Our legal bases are consent, performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Where the data comes from

We receive data directly from you, from the service providers you use to interact with us, and automatically from your browser or device. Optional analytics and advertising data is collected only after you make the corresponding cookie choice.

5. Service providers and recipients

We use service providers to operate Agentic Sales Lab. They may process personal data only for the relevant service and under their own contractual and legal obligations. These providers may include:

• beehiiv for the website, newsletter, subscriber management, email delivery, and digital products;

• Cloudflare for domain, network, security, and delivery services;

• Stripe and other payment partners shown at checkout for payment processing;

• Google Analytics for consent-based website analytics; and

• Meta for consent-based advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel.

We may also disclose data to professional advisers, authorities, or another party when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement

The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for core functionality. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded until you accept them through the cookie banner.

If accepted, Google Analytics may be used to understand website usage and Meta Pixel may be used to measure advertising performance and build permitted audiences. These providers may receive identifiers, technical data, page activity, and campaign information. • Subscription data is generally retained while the subscription is active. After unsubscribe, limited suppression and consent records may be retained to honour the request and demonstrate compliance.

• Order, accounting, and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

• Support and security records are retained for a reasonable period based on the issue, risk, and legal need.

• Consent-based analytics and advertising data follows the retention settings and controls of the relevant provider.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access and receive a copy of your personal data;

• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

• request deletion or restriction of processing;

• object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;

• withdraw consent;

• receive data you provided in a portable format; and

• lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
